Job Overview:

Call My Doctor Health Care LLC is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager with extensive experience in the hospitality industry and strong connections within the hospitality sector, high net worth individuals (HNWI), and corporate organizations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our premium home healthcare services across hotels, luxury residences, and corporate partnerships in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives for hotels, serviced apartments, corporates, embassies, and VIP clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel management, concierge teams, guest relations managers, and corporate decision-makers.

- Leverage existing hospitality and HNWI networks to generate high-value business opportunities.

- Secure corporate partnerships for employee healthcare programs and on-call medical services.

- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and long-term partnership agreements.

- Represent Call My Doctor Health Care LLC as a brand ambassador at meetings, events, and industry forums.

- Achieve assigned revenue targets and contribute to company growth.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

- Minimum 7–10 years of senior-level experience in business development or sales within the hospitality or luxury services industry.

- Strong existing connections in hotels, hospitality groups, corporates, and HNWI circles.

- Proven ability to close high-value partnerships and corporate deals.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset.

- Ability to work independently and manage senior-level relationships.

Language Requirement:

- Arabic language is preferred.

- English proficiency is mandatory.
