Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with experience in international client acquisition for SEO, digital marketing, and website development services. This role focuses on lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth through strategic outreach and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for digital marketing, SEO, and website solutions.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through LinkedIn, Upwork, cold outreach, and CRM tools.
• Understand client marketing goals and propose customized digital solutions.
• Close deals and manage the business development lifecycle from lead generation to conversion.
• Coordinate with internal marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution.
• Track performance metrics and prepare business reports.
• Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in business development within digital marketing / SEO / website services.
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, website development, and online branding.
• Excellent English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and outreach tools.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in night shift hours.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred)
