Job Summary:

Solar Sol is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar energy sales, business development, and client relationship management. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering partnerships, and promoting Solar Sol’s products and services to a diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial solar markets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential leads.
  • Present Solar Sol’s solutions to prospective clients through meetings, proposals, and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote Solar Sol.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the solar/renewable energy sector.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of solar energy systems, financing options (leases, PPAs, loans), and government incentives.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Networking: Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Self-Motivated: Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in, Engineering (preferred Electricity or Mechanical or Energy ).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£15,000.00 - E£25,000.00 per month
