About the role

Join a leading UAE-based manufacturer at the forefront of the Renewable Energy boom in the GCC. We specialize in producing high-efficiency solar panels and cutting-edge Building-Integrated Photovoltaic (BIPV) systems.

This is not a transactional sales role — it's a chance to drive the adoption of our proprietary technology within the UAE's largest infrastructure projects.

Position Overview

You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and solution provider. The role offers two clear paths based on your experience:

  • Panel Sales Focus: Driving volume sales of our high-efficiency PV and BIPV modules to distributors and EPC partners.
  • Project Sales Focus: Developing and offering complete solar project solutions (including engineering coordination) directly to clients.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Relationship Building: Proactively identify, qualify, and establish robust relationships with key decision-makers at target EPC companies and project developers across the UAE.
  • Expert Consultation: Master the presentation and promotion of our advanced solar products, demonstrating clear technical and commercial value to potential buyers.
  • Quotation & Negotiation: Prepare winning technical and commercial proposals, manage follow-up, and successfully negotiate high-value tenders and contracts.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct detailed market research and feasibility analysis of target companies and emerging projects in the UAE solar ecosystem.
  • Internal Coordination: Serve as the crucial link between clients and our internal Production and Engineering teams to ensure precise order specification and smooth project execution.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in solar energy, renewables, or complex construction projects (3+ years preferred).
  • Solid technical understanding of solar panels and PV systems. (We will provide specialized training on BIPV technology).
  • Deep awareness of the local UAE market, its regulations, and the EPC/Developer ecosystem.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and high-stakes negotiation skills.
  • UAE driving license is a distinct advantage for client mobility.
