Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand business across multiple industry segments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on B2B sales experience in spare parts related to power generation and earth-moving equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop potential customers across assigned regions and industry segments
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research
- Present products, negotiate pricing, and close sales to achieve assigned targets
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and payment follow-up
- Conduct client meetings and sales visits to build long-term relationships
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM systems
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities
- Support product marketing initiatives through social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
Requirements & Experience:
- Minimum 1 + year of B2B sales experience, preferably in spare parts, power generation, or earth-moving equipment industry
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Experience in managing the full sales and payment cycle
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and influencing abilities
- Commercial awareness and market understanding
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
