Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand business across multiple industry segments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on B2B sales experience in spare parts related to power generation and earth-moving equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop potential customers across assigned regions and industry segments
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research
  • Present products, negotiate pricing, and close sales to achieve assigned targets
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and payment follow-up
  • Conduct client meetings and sales visits to build long-term relationships
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM systems
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities
  • Support product marketing initiatives through social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube

Requirements & Experience:

  • Minimum 1 + year of B2B sales experience, preferably in spare parts, power generation, or earth-moving equipment industry
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Experience in managing the full sales and payment cycle

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing abilities
  • Commercial awareness and market understanding
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good numerical and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
