Job Title: Business Development Manager – Stationery Sector
Experience Required:

- MBA in Marketing or equivalent.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the stationery sector across the Middle East & Africa (MEA). The role will focus on expanding into Middle East and African countries, developing strong partnerships, and supporting revenue diversification initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new product, market, and partnership opportunities in the MEA stationery market.
- Build and manage strong relationships with regional distributors, retailers, and corporate clients.
- Develop and implement lead generation and sales growth strategies tailored to the stationery industry.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal product teams to align offerings with market demand.
- Create and deliver persuasive business proposals, sales pitches, and marketing presentations.
- Manage business development budgets and ensure strong ROI.
- Track, analyze, and report KPIs; adjust strategies as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in the stationery industry (mandatory).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis.
- Familiarity with the MEA region; prior experience in Middle East and African countries.

Pay: E£391,240.00 - E£456,447.00 per month
