Business Development Manager (Steel Fabrication)

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in the steel fabrication industry, particularly in tanks and structural steel projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and securing new projects to support the company’s expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in tanks, pressure vessels, and structural steel fabrication.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, and key clients.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and bids in coordination with the estimation and technical teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects in the UAE and GCC region.
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, and project management) to align business development strategies with operational capabilities.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company.
