Business Development Manager - STEM Education

India

Key Responsibilities:

 Generate leads through both in-person visits and virtual meetings. Pitch Science Kits,

Science events at schools, Teacher workshop and other product to schools and explain

its benefits to decision-makers

 Build and maintain relationships with school-teachers and decision-makers. Provide

demonstrations of the products to interested schools.

 Manage distributors or team members to attain sales goals of allocated area.

 Explore revenue or impact opportunities with Strategic clients such as CSRs and

government entities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experence: Up to 5 years

Must be working with schools as customer and preferably STEM product such as science/math kits, robotics, coding, AI programmes.

 Pleasing Personality: Approachable and engaging with students and educators.

 Keen Observer: Ability to adapt strategies based on observations.

 Good Listener: Engaging with stakeholders effectively.

 Hands-On Activities Enthusiast: Comfortable with interactive learning.

 Multi-Tasker: Manage responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

 Child-Centric Approach: Passion for working with children.

 Local Language Proficiency: Ability to communicate effectively in the local language.

 Graduate & above

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
