As we accelerate our growth in enterprise and government sectors, we are looking for a hungry and resourceful Business Development Manager to generate pipeline and unlock new partnership opportunities across KSA.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and research target accounts in enterprise and government sectors.
- Generate qualified leads through outreach, networking, and market research.
- Secure discovery meetings and introductions with key decision makers.
- Manage early stage pipeline: initial outreach, qualification, and scheduling.
- Prepare briefing materials, proposals, and presentations for client meetings.
- Maintain accurate and up to date pipeline data in CRM systems.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in the employee rewards space.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather information for prospects.
- Provide weekly reporting on outreach activity, pipeline status, and market insights.
- Work independently and take initiative while keeping leadership informed.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 2 4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation in KSA.
- Existing network or familiarity with enterprise and/or government sectors in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong research and prospecting skills, able to find and reach decision makers.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Self starter who thrives with autonomy and minimal supervision.
- Organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
