Business Development Manager

A Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client base by identifying and pursuing new investment opportunities.

  • Develop and I Implement business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities, including conducting thorough market research and financial analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including portfolio managers and research analysts, to develop investment solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and pitch materials to potential investors, showcasing the company's investment offerings.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact the investment landscape.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify areas for improvement and differentiate our investment products and services.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Manage a team of business development professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Monitor and report on business development activities, including key performance indicators and progress against targets.


Required experience

6-8 years of related experience of which a minimum of 3 years should be in a similar position / responsibility in KSA.

Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, marketing or related field

Experience in sales, business development or related field

Strong experience in AI. Knowledge of sector intelligence platforms (such as Alphasense) and Client Discovery platform (such as Apollo IQ) is a highly added value

Proven track record of success in business development within the investment industry.

In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and asset classes.

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

Strong Powerpoint, Excel and presentation skills

Excellent communication with the ability to effectively articulate complex investment concepts to clients.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
