We are looking for an experienced Business Development Team Leader to oversee, coach, and grow our Business Development teams. In this role, you will build high-performing sales teams and shape the operational strategy that powers Keeta’s expansion.


As a people manager, you will be responsible for leading multi-city BD teams, strengthening their commercial capabilities, optimizing onboarding and activation operations, and ensuring that merchant acquisition and growth targets are consistently achieved.


What You'll Do

  • Build and Lead High-Performing Teams: Recruit, train, and manage BD teams from the ground up across the Dubai food delivery market. Develop team capabilities, set clear goals, and drive sustained performance improvement.
  • Own City-Level Business Results: Take full responsibility for business development and operational outcomes across assigned cities. Use analytical frameworks to gather insights, shape strategy, and optimize onboarding, activation, and ongoing merchant operations.
  • Identify and Solve Core Pain Points: Maintain a holistic view of the customer journey -spotting BD challenges, merchant issues, and user friction points and propose scalable solutions.
  • Manage and Develop Talent: Lead culturally diverse teams and establish structured training, mentoring, and capability-building mechanisms from BD to BDM. Champion team development and cultivate future international business leaders.
  • Create Scalable Methodologies: Standardize best practices, build operating playbooks, develop SOPs, and establish end-to-end processes that support consistent execution across cities and future international markets.
  • Drive Strategic Execution: Develop detailed execution plans and monitoring systems, track progress across key KPIs, and adapt strategies using real-time data to ensure business targets are met and exceeded.


What We Need From You

  • 2+ years of sales team management experience, with a track record of managing teams of over 8 members.
  • Experience in F&B or food delivery , with deep understanding of merchant acquisition, activation, and operational workflows.
  • Cross-city or multi-region management experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical thinking and operational judgment; able to translate data into direction and action.
  • A strong team spirit and willingness to share knowledge, provide actionable feedback, and help elevate the capability of the entire organization.
