An experienced Business Development Manager is required to drive growth in the UAE market by developing strong relationships with Tier-1 telecom and infrastructure clients. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and supporting long-term strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new telecom business opportunities (fiber, network, OSP/ISP projects).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with telecom operators and enterprise clients.
- Prepare proposals, participate in RFQs/RFPs, and negotiate contracts.
- Coordinate with vendors/OEMs for project requirements and solutions.
- Achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecom, or Engineering.
- 3–5 years of business development experience in telecom or IT services.
- Strong client relationship, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of UAE telecom market and infrastructure projects.
