Business Development Manager - Transport

• Fleet Management including operations Mechanical division management Plan, organize and manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements
• Collaborate with all Departments and Sr Managers.
• Implement schedule and policy changes.
• Priorities the job/trips keeping in view of profit and also Initiate cost efficiency
• Ensuring movement of containers by monitoring works sheet as well as priority schedule given by the Clearance Dept/other Dept
• Provisioning of vehicles on the right time to the customers and timely delivery of containers.
• Overall supervision of transport movement and coordination with Seaport Office, Container Yard, W/H and Transport Supervisors.
• Monitoring of Q companies empty container delivery.
• Monitoring the vehicle movement and ensuring early return of trailers after off-loading the containers.
• Arrangement of outside trailers to meet emergency requirement.
• Monitoring of GPS.
• To ensure timely H/O of vehicles to the workshop for inspection, Periodic inspection /maintenance, coordination with Workshop.
• Monitoring of vehicle damages , negligence from the part of drivers and traffic fines
• Timely checking and submission of drivers trip allowances.
• Monitoring of all jobs and its invoices.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per hour
