Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand our travel business in the UAE and GCC market.

The role involves identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the travel and tourism sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and partners
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, proposals, and campaigns to increase revenue
  • Negotiate contracts and manage commercial agreements with suppliers and clients
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to propose innovative solutions
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence
  • Achieve and report on monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field
  • 3–5 years’ experience in business development or sales within travel, tourism, or hospitality
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
  • Knowledge of UAE/GCC travel market and corporate travel trends
