Job Description:

We offer a combination of consulting, outsourcing, and specialized services to a global clientele across all types of web and mobile app development projects. The company was launched by experienced and visionary IT professionals with more than 10 years of industry experience in the fraternity of software development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete Upwork sales cycle: proposal writing, bidding strategy, client communication, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Develop strategies to consistently win and scale high-value projects.
  • Train and manage a BD team to maximize proposal conversion rates.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and trust-building.
  • Leverage knowledge of software outsourcing domains and technologies to pitch services effectively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development with a strong focus on Upwork
  • Proven track record of winning and scaling projects on Upwork.
  • Strong expertise in crafting competitive proposals and leading negotiations.
  • Ability to manage and grow a business development team.
  • Familiarity with software outsourcing industry trends and client needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
