Business Development Manager - US Market

Globe Call Centre is seeking a driven and results-focused Business Development Executive (BDE) to support the growth of our digital marketing division. We are looking for individuals who excel in sales, client communication, and international business development, particularly within the digital marketing industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the expansion of our global client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and present digital marketing services to potential clients across international markets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients through consistent communication and follow-ups.
• Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored digital marketing solutions.
• Generate high-quality leads using platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and targeted email outreach.
• Prepare professional proposals, presentations, and sales pitches for prospective clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly business development and revenue targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably within a digital marketing or IT company).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, SMM, PPC, and content marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Hands-on experience with lead-generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr, or similar platforms.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Timings: 7 pm to 4 am
