Business Development Manager– US Market(Fiver/Upwork)

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our business in the United States market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and converting prospects into long-term clients. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US market
  • Generate qualified leads through cold outreach, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Develop and execute sales and growth strategies
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
  • Experience working with US or international clients is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of lead generation and sales funnels
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales platforms
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Upwork, Fiverr, or other freelancing platforms
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and online sales channels

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
