Business Development Manager (Utilities Sector)

We're looking for a Business Development Manager to be responsible for driving growth in the utilities and facility management sectors by identifying and developing new business opportunities. This role involves building strong client relationships, understanding technical project requirements, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. The BD Manager ensures sustained revenue growth by promoting electrical products and services that meet industry standards and client needs.

Job Requirements
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and strategic analysis.
  • Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of FM and Utilities business development success.
  • FM and Utilities Market knowledge and industry expertise.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development.
  • Developing and managing business plans, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in business development, with a strong focus on FM and utilities sectors in KSA.
  • Proven track record in securing and managing large-scale utility projects.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and business planning tools.
