With a team of 20+ talented professionals, we deliver creative and tech-driven solutions for global clients. We’re now looking for a results-oriented BDM/BUH to lead our sales growth through platforms like Upwork/Freelancer.

Role Overview

The BDM/BUH will be responsible for driving international sales, building strong client relationships, and managing a sales team to achieve revenue targets. This role requires a proven track record in winning projects on Upwork/Freelancer and scaling accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, bid, and secure projects from Upwork, Freelancer and other freelance platforms.
• Build, manage, and mentor a sales & bidding team for sustained growth.
• Develop strategies to increase project win ratio and client retention.
• Prepare and deliver professional proposals tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international clients.
• Collaborate with the design, development, and animation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitor sales performance, set KPIs, and report directly to company leadership.
• Explore new sales channels to diversify revenue streams.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in Upwork/Freelancer sales for IT or creative agencies.
• Strong portfolio of successful bids and long-term client accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and proposal-writing skills.
• Ability to lead and manage a sales team.
• Knowledge of IT services (Web Development, UI/UX Design, Branding, and Animation).
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
