Assistant Sales Manager

Karachi, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Manager in day-to-day operations of aluminium and glass projects.
  • Supervise staff, allocate tasks, and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors regarding project requirements.
  • Monitor production schedules, material procurement, and timely deliveries.
  • Maintain records, prepare reports, and update management regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, quality, and safety policies.
  • Resolve operational issues promptly and support in decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in aluminium, glass, construction, or manufacturing industry preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems is a plus.
