Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide production staff to meet daily output and quality targets.
- Plan, schedule, and assign work to production teams based on priorities and available resources.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to company standards, safety regulations, and quality specifications.
- Identify and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment is functioning optimally.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, inventory usage, and any incidents.
- Train and mentor team members to improve skills, efficiency, and workplace safety.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding production performance, challenges, and progress.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/lead role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and safety standards.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and production management software is a plus.
