Lead Production

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide production staff to meet daily output and quality targets.
• Plan, schedule, and assign work to production teams based on priorities and available resources.
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to company standards, safety regulations, and quality specifications.
• Identify and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment is functioning optimally.
• Maintain accurate records of production output, inventory usage, and any incidents.
• Train and mentor team members to improve skills, efficiency, and workplace safety.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding production performance, challenges, and progress.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/lead role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and safety standards.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and production management software is a plus.

Pay: From Rs120,000.00 per month
