Business Development Manager(Facility Management)

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

To identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the facility management sector. The role involves developing relationships with potential clients, responding to RFPs, and promoting the company’s services including soft services (cleaning, security, landscaping) and hard services (MEP maintenance, HVAC, etc.).

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the facility management sector (commercial, residential, industrial, or government sectors).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, consultants, and decision-makers.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging digital platforms.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Work closely with the tendering and estimation teams to develop winning proposals and pricing strategies.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on service delivery and contract terms.
