Business Development Manager(Only Omani Nationals)

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute a monthly/quarterly sales plan to consistently achieve or exceed 50,000 OMR revenue per month.

· Identify, qualify, and convert high-potential leads in target industries (Oil & Gas, Mining, Manufacturing, Energy, Government-linked entities).

· Present and sell flagship solutions:

o Competence Assurance

o Safety Culture Transformation

o Sustainability & Governance Training Series

o Operational Gap Analysis & Operational Readiness

· Prepare compelling proposals, commercial offers, and tender responses tailored to Omani and GCC client needs.

· Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams.

· Search for, review, prepare and submit tenders.

· Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.

· Conduct market intelligence on competitor activity, regulatory changes and emerging opportunities.

· Represent company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums in Oman.

· Collaborate with internal experts (faculty, consultants, operational readiness specialists) to co-create client-specific solutions.

· Provide monthly sales forecasts, win/loss analysis, and pipeline reports to the Head of Professional Services.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

· Revenue Target: Minimum 50,000 OMR per month (500,000 OMR annually)

· Number of qualified opportunities and closed-won deals

· Average deal size and sales cycle efficiency

· Client satisfaction and repeat/referral business

Required Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field (Master’s/MBA advantageous)

· Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience in professional services, consulting, training, or technical development solutions

· Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding aggressive revenue targets (preferably in Oman/GCC)

· Strong existing network in Oil & Gas, Mining, or Industrial sectors in Oman

· Excellent command of English and Arabic (spoken and written)

· Valid Oman driving license and willingness to travel within Oman and abroad
