Job Title: Business Development Manager – Outreach (University Alliance)

Organization: ICA Edu Skills – University Alliance with Sharda University
Location: Knowledge Park III, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh
CTC: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in EdTech or the education sector

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager – Outreach to lead growth and partnerships for the University Alliance between ICA Edu Skills and Sharda University. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both B2B (institutional partnerships) and B2C (direct student outreach) within the education or EdTech space. This role blends relationship-building, field outreach, and strategic planning to expand the reach of skill-based degree programs.

Key Responsibilities: B2B Responsibilities:

  • Build partnerships with colleges, vocational centers, NGOs, and educational institutions.
  • Promote university-linked programs to institutional partners for collaboration and student referrals.
  • Organize and participate in education fairs, seminars, MoU signings, and alliance meetings.
  • Maintain and grow a pipeline of institutional partnerships across Uttar Pradesh and nearby regions.

B2C Responsibilities:

  • Conduct student outreach through seminars, campus talks, and career counseling sessions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate and convert student leads.
  • Support local promotional campaigns to build awareness and drive direct student admissions.
  • Represent the brand at youth engagement events, career fests, and school interactions.

Coordination & Reporting:

  • Work closely with academic, admissions, and marketing teams to align outreach efforts.
  • Track outreach KPIs and submit weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Ensure smooth partner onboarding and relationship management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in EdTech, education, skilling, or B2B/B2C sales.
  • Proven ability to handle both institutional partnerships (B2B) and student engagement (B2C).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
  • Strong regional knowledge (Uttar Pradesh & NCR preferred).
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and open to travel for outreach activities.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or postgrad preferred.
