Job Description:-

1].Market Development Assistance

• Work closely with the Business Development Manager to expand into new markets.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure alignment between technical and sales functions.

2].Industry Trend Monitoring

• Keep up-to-date with developments in the flexible packaging industry.
• Create market research reports to support business strategies.

3].Cost Analysis and Reporting

• Analyze costs related to production processes.
• Prepare reports for internal decision-making.

4].Flexibility & Collaboration

• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
