Business Development & Marketing Executive

E-Med Services is a growing provider of IT and Billing solutions serving healthcare and business clients across the U.S. We specialize in delivering efficient medical billing, revenue cycle management (RCM), and digital solutions that help clients increase productivity and profitability.

We are seeking a female Business Development & Marketing Executive who can take the lead in generating qualified leads and acquiring clients for our brand Medsol, which provides professional IT & Billing services to international clients.

Job Type: Hybrid

Timings: US EST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate qualified leads through online research, email marketing, social media outreach, digital campaigns, referrals, and other business channels.
  • Develop and execute strategies for client acquisition and retention.
  • Understand our service offerings to effectively present customized solutions to clients.
  • Manage the entire business development cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Utilize CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools to track and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Marketing, or Sales within the IT, Healthcare, or BPO sectors.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in any field (preferably Business, Finance, or IT)
  • Strong understanding of digital lead generation and client acquisition tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Zoho CRM, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to refine outreach strategies.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
