Key Responsibilities:

* Generate new business through field/site visits and direct client meetings

* Conduct outdoor sales: cold calling, follow-ups & market visits

* Build strong relationships with clients, brokers & channel partners

* Pitch company services clearly and close deals

* Gather market & competitor insights

* Achieve sales targets within timelines

* Maintain daily activity & lead reports

* Attend networking & industry events

Requirements:

* Graduate (Business/Marketing/Real Estate preferred)

* 1–2 years experience in BD/Sales (Real Estate or Professional Services)

* Strong communication & negotiation skills

* Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi

* CRM & MS Office proficiency

* Traits: Self-motivated, target-oriented, adaptable team player
