We take pride in our creativity, quality, and warm hospitality — creating spaces that bring people together over exceptional food and coffee.As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Business Development & Marketing Executive to work closely with the Founder in generating revenue, securing growth opportunities, and expanding the brand’s market presence, while coordinating marketing content and internal operations to support business growth.
Position Overview
This role reports directly to the Founder and is commercially driven, results-oriented, and performance-focused. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and proactive — someone who can source opportunities, close deals, and turn marketing and partnership initiatives into measurable revenue.You will be responsible for driving income through events, catering, collaborations, permanent placements, and strategic marketing, while coordinating content and internal workflows to ensure smooth execution and consistent brand representation.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development, Sales & Revenue Growth
- Actively source, pursue, and close revenue-generating opportunities including:
- Catering services (corporate, private, and institutional clients)
- Events, markets, pop-ups, and exhibitions
- Brand collaborations and commercial partnerships
- Permanent placement opportunities (corporate cafés, kiosks, retail locations)
- Pitch Single Origin’s offerings to prospective clients and partners.
- Prepare commercial proposals, pricing, and partnership agreements in coordination with the Founder.
- Negotiate terms and manage deals through to closure.
- Maintain a structured pipeline of leads and opportunities.
- Work against monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Prepare sales and performance reports showing revenue generated and pipeline status.
Marketing Content & Coordination (Revenue-Driven)
- Plan and coordinate marketing content aligned with sales, campaigns, and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, designers, agencies, and influencers to produce brand content.
- Ensure content supports:
- Events, activations, and pop-ups
- Catering promotions and B2B services
- New product launches and seasonal campaigns
- Coordinate posting schedules and ensure timely delivery of content across platforms.
- Track content performance in relation to leads, inquiries, and sales.
- Ensure all marketing content reflects Single Origin’s brand positioning and commercial objectives.
Events & Activations
- Secure participation in high-impact events, exhibitions, and markets.
- Coordinate pricing, logistics, staffing, and execution to maximize revenue.
- Track event performance, sales results, and post-event leads.
- Convert event leads into long-term catering or partnership opportunities.
Operations & Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with operations, kitchen, and front-of-house teams to deliver confirmed business.
- Ensure operational readiness for catering orders, activations, and partnerships.
- Support sourcing of materials, packaging, and supplies required for revenue activities.
- Ensure timelines, standards, and deliverables are met.
Executive & Reporting Support
- Support the Founder with commercial planning, follow-ups, and opportunity tracking.
- Prepare weekly and monthly revenue summaries, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Maintain organized records of contracts, agreements, and client documentation.
Requirements
- Bahraini National, (Female only) registered with the MLSD Employment Program (mandatory).
- 2–4 years’ experience in business development, marketing, sales, or revenue-focused roles.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Confident in professional and client-facing environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and reporting tools.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and dependable.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or Hospitality.
- Experience in F&B, catering, events, retail, or lifestyle brands.
- Experience working with influencers, agencies, or corporate clients.
- Valid driving license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: BD500.000 per month
