Business Development & Marketing Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Development & Marketing Manager to lead our client acquisition and growth initiatives. This role requires strong business acumen, creativity, and excellent communication skills to expand DevStudio’s global footprint. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging with potential clients, closing deals, and elevating the company’s brand presence across digital channels.

Responsibilities:

· Design and execute strategies for international client acquisition and revenue growth.

· Develop persuasive proposals, presentations, and outreach campaigns tailored to client needs.

· Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients in target markets.

· Oversee DevStudio’s marketing presence including brand messaging, website, and digital content.

· Collaborate with the in-house design team to produce compelling marketing collateral and case studies.

· Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to refine strategy.

· Report progress to leadership and align efforts with company objectives.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the software services industry.

· Demonstrated success in generating and closing international B2B deals.

· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.

· Strong sense of aesthetics and ability to shape compelling content and branding.

· Experience managing design and marketing resources to deliver campaigns.

· Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-based role.

Compensation:

- Competitive base salary.

- Commission/bonus on successful deal closures.

Location: Lahore (Onsite)

Timings: 5PM to 2AM (Can be a bit flexible)

Working Days: Monday to Friday (On-site)
