WE’RE HIRING — BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING OFFICER

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with colleges, universities, hospitals, and other business for promoting the company services.
• Conduct seminars, awareness sessions, and campus activations.
• Build B2B collaborations with universities & educational institutions.
• Support marketing by creating reels, videos & on-ground branding content.
• Coordinate with social media & design teams for promotional materials.
• Represent The Cardiff Group at events, exhibitions, fairs, and workshops.
• Generate leads through outreach activities

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s in Marketing / Business / Mass Communication.
• 1-2 years experience in field marketing or business development.
• Strong communication, public-speaking & presentation skills.
• Confident personality — comfortable appearing in reels & videos.
• Willing to travel for institutional outreach.
• Strong command over MS Excel ,PPTs , and Canva.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
