About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with experience or a strong interest in the U.S. Medical Billing and RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) industry. The ideal candidate will identify growth opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and drive revenue by promoting our medical billing and RCM services to U.S.-based healthcare providers and organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in the U.S. healthcare and medical billing sector.
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and other digital platforms.
• Conduct market research to analyze client needs, competitors, and industry trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare organizations.
• Present company services effectively and handle negotiations to close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (preferably in the Medical Billing or Healthcare BPO sector).
• Good understanding of RCM processes such as charge entry, claims submission, payment posting, AR follow-up, and denial management (a plus).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to work in night shifts (U.S. time zone).
• Target-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: From Rs100,000.00 per month
