Business Development Mgr – Drive Sales in a Growing Marketing Agency

Position: Client Strategist – Sales Focused
Location: Remote (USA)

What You’ll Do:

As a Client Strategist, you’ll focus on driving sales, with an emphasis on business development and a seamless client handoff to our partner success team (Account managers).

  • Sales & Client Acquisition: Actively manage inbound leads and conduct a limited number of outbound outreach within approved industries. Conducting zoom-based sales presentations. Close deals for digital marketing services, including websites, SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
  • Lead Client Handoffs: You won’t be managing clients long-term, but you’ll ensure a smooth transition for ongoing service.
  • Utilize CRM and Marketing Tools: Experience with Go High Level is highly valued as you’ll use it to manage leads and optimize the client acquisition process.
  • Google Marketing Knowledge: Use your expertise in Google marketing to attract and secure high-quality leads.
  • Collaborate & Drive Results: Work closely with marketing and account teams to provide clients with a streamlined and successful onboarding experience.
  • Quarterly Travel: Be willing to travel to trade shows and events, as needed.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ Years of Sales Experience in Digital Marketing: Proven success in a sales role within digital marketing, ideally with a focus on the automotive industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM Systems: Experience in Go High Level or similar CRM tools is a plus.
  • Goal-Oriented & Driven: You’re proactive, resourceful, and motivated to surpass sales targets.
  • Management Potential: Feel like you’re an experienced leader? We are open to learning about your experience.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $50,000 - $69,000 per year base salary with ability to earn more than $125,000+ annually (base + commission).
  • Commission: Commission on sales within approved industries.
  • Benefits Package: Health, dental, vision, paid time off, flexible hours, and a fully remote setup.
