Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Business Development Officer (Male) to join our team in Satellite Town, Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of online freelancing platforms such as Fiverr and Upwork, and be capable of identifying new business opportunities both online and offline.

This role involves managing client communications, generating leads, and contributing to the growth of the company by securing new projects and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through online platforms like Fiverr and Upwork
• Create and manage profiles on freelancing platforms and submit effective proposals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new service areas
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction
• Track, analyze, and report on business development activities and results
• Attend meetings (in-person or virtual) to represent the company and pitch services
• Develop strategies to increase company revenue and market reach

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in business development or freelancing platforms
• Strong understanding of Fiverr, Upwork, and other freelancing marketplaces
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
• Good negotiation and client-handling skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Presentable and confident personality
