Position Summary

Veclar Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth. You’ll collaborate with various internal teams to ensure a seamless and satisfying client experience, from onboarding through ongoing account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and professional communication
  • Align company solutions with client goals by working closely with Business Development and Account Management teams
  • Oversee the client onboarding process to ensure a smooth and engaging experience
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through proactive account monitoring
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, escalating when necessary
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records using CRM tools
  • Prepare and present reports on client satisfaction, performance, and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver a cohesive client experience
  • Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, including revenue generation and client retention goals
