1 Stop Tech is looking for Sales Account Executives and an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. We are seeking driven sales professionals with strong B2B experience, a track record in recurring sales, and the ability to sell SaaS-based or service-based solutions to international clients.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships, managing client accounts, and consistently achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business through prospecting, outreach, and consultative selling.
• Manage and grow recurring sales accounts by maintaining strong client relationships.
• Present and sell company services to international businesses in a professional manner.
• Achieve individual and team-based sales KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, or service-based sales.
• Experience in recurring sales cycles and account management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (written & verbal).
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
