Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Allied Digital Solutions

Company: Allied Digital Solutions (Mid-Size Organization with Overseas Operations including Pakistan)

We are seeking a highly experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join Allied Digital Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of 10+ years in accounting, auditing, financial advisory, and compliance, with exposure to multinational companies and cross-border operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead accounting, auditing, and financial reporting functions.
• Manage corporate tax filings, planning, and international tax strategies (U.S. & Pakistan).
• Oversee financial statement preparation & analysis (GAAP/IFRS).
• Conduct audit planning, execution, and reporting.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
• Evaluate risk management and internal controls.
• Mentor and lead accounting teams, ensuring compliance with global standards.

Core Skills Required

• Technical accounting & compliance expertise.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and Pakistani financial regulations.
• Multicurrency accounting & global consolidation.
• Investment analysis and reporting to stakeholders.
• Mergers & acquisitions due diligence.
• Cost accounting & project management.

Software & Tools Expertise

• QuickBooks Online/Desktop
• Sage Intacct / Xero / FreshBooks
• SAP / Oracle NetSuite
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, Financial Modeling)
• Tax software (TurboTax Pro, Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE, or local equivalents)
• Audit management tools (CaseWare, IDEA, ACL Analytics)

Qualifications

• CPA license in good standing.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting/audit experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, audits, and internal controls.
• Strong communication skills (English & Urdu; additional languages a plus).
