Business Development Officer

We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency passionate about helping brands thrive through innovative strategies, creative storytelling, and performance-driven campaigns. To accelerate our growth, we are looking for a Business Development Officer who can build strong client relationships, identify opportunities, and drive business expansion.

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Pitch digital marketing solutions (SEO, social media, paid ads, branding, content, web development, etc.) tailored to client needs.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, performance, content, and tech) to deliver customized proposals and solutions.
• Maintain and update sales pipeline, prepare reports, and track conversions.
• Represent the agency at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
