Business Development Officer

Diginaas is a fast-growing marketing agency based in F-11, Islamabad, helping brands scale through innovative digital strategies, impactful storytelling, and data-driven campaigns. We’re now looking for a dynamic and confident Business Development Officer to join our team and help us expand our client base across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, contact, and build relationships with potential clients.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
• Present and pitch Diginaas services to prospects in a professional and persuasive manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to prepare proposals and presentations.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure timely conversions.
• Keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, or related field preferred).
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Proven experience in marketing, client acquisition, or sales (agency experience is a plus).
• Strong calling and presentation skills.
• Social media savvy with an understanding of digital marketing trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
