Business Development Officer

As part of our expansion, we’re looking for a motivated and strategic Business Developer to join our team and help us take our business to the next level.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify new markets, customer needs, and emerging trends.
  • Develop proposals, business plans, and sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive brand growth and market presence.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company objectives.
  • Track and report on business development performance and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in business development, sales, or partnership management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance metrics is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
