Sales Officer

The Sales Officer will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales to achieve company targets. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, promoting products and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Identify potential clients and establish strong business relationships.
  • Promote and present company products/services to customers.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in logistics industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Work Conditions:

  • Office-based with field visits to clients.
  • Performance-based incentives in addition to base salary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
