To drive market penetration and sales growth for a premium portfolio of nicotine pouch brands (including DOPE, GOAT, KILLA, PABLO and SYX) across the MENA region. The Sales Officer will be responsible for building and managing distributor & key retail relationships, executing sales strategies, and maximizing brand visibility to establish our products as market leaders in the fast-growing tobacco alternatives sector.

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven B2B & distributor sales experience in the UAE/GCC region, preferably within FMCG, Distribution, or the Tobacco/Tobacco Alternatives sector.

Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of the regional retail landscape, distribution networks, and regulatory environment for consumer goods. Familiarity with the nicotine pouch or smoke-free product category is a significant advantage.

Sales Acumen: Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, negotiating contracts, and managing key accounts.

Relationship Builder: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships with diverse stakeholders.

Driver’s License: A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for frequent market visits.

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
