Sales Executive

Job Summary:

The candidate is responsible for spearheading our growth of Ororo Trading Experience L.L.C in the UAE, GCC and international markets. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint in the coffee industry. Having a strong background of beverage experience, Green bean trading and specialty coffee products and enhance our market presence by promoting our specialty coffee products and equipment to business globally.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the Coffee Industry.

· Research and identifying potential new markets, clients and partnerships to distribute the company products. Build and nurture partnerships with new clients.

· Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, as well as developing new client accounts.

· Developing strategies to increase sales and revenue, including contract negotiations.

· Analyzing market trends and customer needs to inform business strategies.

· Working closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to implement business strategies.

· Preparing and delivering business proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations to potential clients.

· Monitoring sales activities and using relevant metrics to track performance and report to senior management.

· Promoting the company’s products and services through various channels, including social media and direct customer engagement.

· Provide training and product knowledge support to clients for seamless integration.

· Monitor sales performance, providing regular updates and actionable insights.

· Should be well organized in updating and maintaining customer master data and relevant

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics or a related field. An MBA is often preferred.
  • Minimum of at least 10 years of experience in business development, sales or similar

management role.

  • Deep understanding of the coffee or beverage industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for negotiating and presenting.
  • Proficiency with sales management software and MS Office.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
  • Optional Certification in sales or marketing can be advantageous.
