Job Summary:The candidate is responsible for spearheading our growth of Ororo Trading Experience L.L.C in the UAE, GCC and international markets. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint in the coffee industry. Having a strong background of beverage experience, Green bean trading and specialty coffee products and enhance our market presence by promoting our specialty coffee products and equipment to business globally.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the Coffee Industry.&middot; Research and identifying potential new markets, clients and partnerships to distribute the company products. Build and nurture partnerships with new clients.&middot; Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, as well as developing new client accounts.&middot; Developing strategies to increase sales and revenue, including contract negotiations.&middot; Analyzing market trends and customer needs to inform business strategies.&middot; Working closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to implement business strategies.&middot; Preparing and delivering business proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations to potential clients.&middot; Monitoring sales activities and using relevant metrics to track performance and report to senior management.&middot; Promoting the company&rsquo;s products and services through various channels, including social media and direct customer engagement.&middot; Provide training and product knowledge support to clients for seamless integration.&middot; Monitor sales performance, providing regular updates and actionable insights.&middot; Should be well organized in updating and maintaining customer master data and relevantSuccess Metrics <ul><li>Revenue growth and pipeline development</li><li>Number and value of partnerships or deals closed</li><li>Market expansion and new customer acquisition</li><li>Team performance and capability development</li><li>New Origin Expansions</li></ul>Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics or a related field.
