We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team!

Experience: 2-4 years in logistics, shipments, and warehouse management.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and track shipments & deliveries

Manage inventory & shipping documents

Communicate with suppliers, carriers & customers

Handle customs (E-Mirsal 1 & 2), MOFIC, BOE VAT filing

Freight booking (Sea/Air/Land – DHL, Aramex, UPS, etc.)

Requirements:

UAE logistics experience (2-4 years)

Proficient in Microsoft Office & logistics software

Strong organizational & communication skills

Knowledge of Dubai Chamber Certificate & supply chain basics

Strong Knowledge on the documents

Must have experience trading with multiple countries

Good To have:

Driving License

Experience trading with Beverages

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
