Sales Executive

ERM Storm Technology LLC is the authorised partner and sole reseller of AYBTIO in the UAE — a complete business platform covering ERP, CRM, HRM, accounting, stock, payroll, and more, built to run across 943 industry types and designed to keep working even without an internet connection.

We are hiring a confident, driven Sales Executive to grow our client base across Dubai and the UAE. This is a field-based role. You will visit businesses, meet decision-makers, demonstrate the platform, and convert prospects into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit offices, retail outlets, clinics, restaurants, warehouses, and other business establishments to identify and qualify prospects
• Demonstrate the AYBTIO platform using a company-provided tablet — covering ERP, CRM, HRM, accounting, inventory, payroll, and AI forecasting
• Understand each prospect's current software, pain points, and business requirements
• Explain AYBTIO's key advantages: one licence for 300+ modules, offline-capable operation, client-owned data, and flat annual pricing with no hidden charges
• Handle objections and compete confidently against cloud-based alternatives
• Negotiate and close deals; hand over new clients to our technical team for installation
• Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, demos, follow-ups, and conversions
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Report regularly on field activity and relay customer feedback to management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree minimum; MBA preferred
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
• Proven ability to approach and persuade business owners and decision-makers
• Comfortable with field sales and daily travel within Dubai and the UAE
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Prior experience in B2B software, SaaS, ERP/CRM/HRM, or technology sales is an advantage
