About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Executive with proven experience in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, managing client relationships, conducting property presentations, and creating high-quality video content for property marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify real estate leads.
• Conduct property viewings and client consultations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Negotiate and close sales transactions effectively.
• Create and present engaging property videos for social media and digital marketing platforms.
• Promote property listings through online and offline channels.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in property videography and social media content creation.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and CRM systems.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and professional in approach.
