Sales Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for an energetic, result-driven Sales Executive to be part of our growing team. VKN Group of Companies specializes in delivering top-quality cleaning services, security guard solutions, and technical & maintenance services to corporate and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities while building strong and long-lasting client relationships
• Promote and market the company’s facility management services, including cleaning, security, and technical maintenance solutions
• Conduct professional client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand customer requirements
• Prepare and present competitive proposals, quotations, and service agreements tailored to client needs
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and consistent follow-ups
• Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and high-quality customer support
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities for the company

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing; experience in the Facility Management industry will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Presentable, confident, and professional personality with strong interpersonal abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets within deadlines
• UAE driving license is a plus.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi will be preferred
