Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the tax and accounting industry. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and prospecting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Present and promote our services to potential clients.
• Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the tax, accounting, or financial services industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good understanding of tax and accounting services.
• Sales and marketing experience is preferred.

Compensation:

Salary: Fixed Salary + Commission.
