Bidding & Lead Generation

  • Manage bidding platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, Clutch, and LinkedIn.
  • Identify relevant projects and craft tailored proposals for SaaS, IT services, or software development projects.
  • Write winning bids that align with client requirements and company capabilities.
  • Maintain a high response rate and follow up on submitted proposals.
  • Generate qualified leads through organic methods, outreach, and networking.

Business Development

  • Conduct market research to identify new business prospects and potential clients.
  • Support the sales pipeline by scheduling meetings, demos, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to prepare cost estimates, timelines, and project scope documents.
  • Maintain CRM records and update lead status regularly.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.

Communication & Coordination

  • Draft professional emails, proposals, and client communications.
  • Participate in client calls to understand project requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, product, engineering) to ensure smooth project handover.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 6 months – 2 years of experience in bidding, lead generation, or business development (preferably in IT/SaaS)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
