Job Summary:
The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and supporting revenue growth across retail, corporate, and project-based sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate clients, developers, architects, and interior designers.
• Generate leads through market research, networking, and field visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
• Coordinate with sales, design, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and conversions in CRM systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management (experience in furniture, real estate, or interior solutions is a plus).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
